In an Orangetheory class, you will get the workout of a lifetime in just one hour. The focus of our classes is on cardiovascular and strength training. You will keep your heart rate up with high-intensity interval training. The Orange 60 workout is designed with a series of workout machines that are used in three blocks of 12 exercise stations each. Quick, intense tasks are performed at each station, which means you'll never get bored.
Our coaches are all highly qualified to deliver an excellent workout. We offer 10 or more classes a day during the week. Our classes start as early as 5:30 in the morning and as late as 8:00 at night. You can always fit a class with our coaches into your busy schedule.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
